I would really like to work through troubleshooting this for everyone who encounters this error! So any suggestions for what else I can check / attempt is SEVERELY welcome! 😉
Problem
After a power shutdown of the level of the building I am working in (down in rainy Melbourne, Australia), the system I was working with has seen an issue. The PC may not have been turned off during the shutdown. The DAQ system being used is a PCIe with breakout boards (PCIe-6323, BNC 2090A (x2)). The system has given the following error.
Attempted methods/solutions (will be updated as the answers come):
(1) Restarted the computer > no effect
(2) Reinstalled DAQmx (latest version, 21.8) > no effect
In response to error message prompts
(1) This is not a remote system. The PC has the PCIe installed, and the PCIe is connected to the breakout boards securely (see attached BNC_back_and_cables and BNC_back_and_cables). It is clear that the breakout board is receiving power since the green lights are on (see BNC_breakoutboard)
(2) The VISA version is as shown below.
Thanks for reading up to this point!
