I'm facing a connection lost issue while acquiring data from a Yokogawa DA100 old hardware. This same application was working fine with the previous PC (Windows 7), but recently the company migrate all the platforms to Dell Optiplex 3060 or 3070 Micro, which is a smaller version with on Windows 10.
With Windows 7 at the previous machine the application runs very smoothly but currently in very distinct moments, which I couldn't find a pattern, the connection is lost (please see the picture). This configuration uses a USB to RS232 converter which for sure could be part of the problem. But I have the same issue happening in other machines that are directly connected to the hardware through the USB port without any converter. And also the problem is happening more rarely with the Ethernet connection in another application, but still happening. I'm trying to figure out if this is a problem with Windows 10 configuration (I already tried to put all energy setups to the maximum performance with no results) or a problem with the PC chipset.
Have anyone faced a similar issue?
