My boss bought a NI GPIB-USB-HS adapter and he wanted me to pull data from our Anritsu 37269B Vector Network Analyzer directly onto the computer without having to put it on a floppy disk and extracting it from the disk itself. I have NI Max installed and it recognizes both the GPIB-USB-HS and the VNA on the NI MAX software. But when I go to Anritsu's Master Software Toolbox, it's not being recognized at all. Why could this be the case? Need help, thanks!
