Hi there,
I am communicating with a high voltage power supply from BK PRecision MR100020 using their soft panel supplied via the website.
The PSU is listed in MAX under Network Devices with a red cross. I can ping the device from a cmd prompt, I can access the device via the web page, and the network status on the device is "good"
I cannot access the device via the Power Supply Operation Software, the error is Interface not supported.
And if I try to validate the settings in MAX it comes with VISA error code 0xBFFF00A6.
I have also, reset the network, restart the network, power cycle the PSU, re-start MAX, delete and add the supply to MAX
The same happens if I connect the power supply via USB.
