Communicate with Stepper Motor (MBC-12101 Driver)

I am looking to communicate with an Anaheim Automation 23Y306D-LW8 stepper motor using Labview to input a variable velocity time trace. The system is currently set up using MBC-12101 driver and PCL601XCE controller. I'm having trouble communicating with the motor using Labview, but have been successful using the Anaheim Automation SMC60WIN program. Any sample code/advice would be greatly appreciated.
