We have a system with multiple cRios talking to a SQL server thru an LV based proxy app. The Ethernet ports are randomly disconnecting from the proxy and require a hard reboot (the power to be cycled) on the cRio to re-establish the connection. This requires the tech to climb a ladder and toggle a breaker. Is there a way to programmically force a hard reboot? Also, any insight on what would cause the ports to disconnect from the system would be helpful. It appears to be the TCP ( and maybe the UDP) traffic, the cRios can still respond to a ping.
