Hi,
I am trying to control a Keysight DSO3024T scope, but I'm having several issues using the InfiniiVision drivers from Keysight. The main one is trying to acquire data from the scope after setting the mode to Averaging.
My set up is as follows:
33522B AFG where the trig out of the AFG is fed to channel 1 of the osc and channel 1 of the AFG outputs a 100kHz sine wave, which is connected to Channel 2 of the osc.
I adjust the time scale, set the trigger to Channel 2, and change the acquisition mode to Averaging. Then I initate the measurement, and that's where the trouble happens.I usually get a timeout error for a larger number of averages (>500). (See attached pictures). If I set the number of averages to below 500, it works fine, but I need to be able to average a much larger number of signals.
In this VI, I use the initiate acquisiton SubVI, but I have also tried the iniate measurement SubVI to no avail. In addition, I have tried using the : DIGItize CHANnel 2 command, but I get a time out error. I have tried waiting excess amounts of time before requesting the data, but still nothing
Has anyone been able to get data using the averaging mode on one of these oscilloscopes? Could anyone help me out?
