0xBFFF0015 occur when using PXI 8106 (RT) to communicate with Agilent 33522B via Ethernet

I'm trying to control an Angilent 33522B by PXI-8106 running RT system.

Firstly, it can be connected and controled properlly by normal computer.

Secondly, it canbe connected and validated by an address like this:

However, when using the driver provided by agilent d move it to RT sessions, then it doesn't work......

Then I try Visa test panal, Query *IDN?\n

the result will still give me the right response, but also an Error.

Now, go back to the program using this instrument, run it. The computer will then seem to wait the 33522 to response.

Has anyone ever encountered this kind of problem and can helllllllp me?
