Can I use the Single Board RIO for my work?

A few weeks ago I asked the question below and the answer is NO.

Can I use my USRP to produce desired wave in 1Mhz center frequency?

I have read some literatures about this filed and found that most ultrasonic communication systems are comprised of FPGA especially in MHz or higher frequency. Only part of systems use DSP or ARM besides FPGA.

It will spend a long time learning FPGA programming language(Verilog and VHDL) so I prepare to use Labview FPGA to simplify my work.

Here is my trouble. I have seen some Single Board RIO such as sbRIO-96XX products. Can Single Board RIO achieve my goal including producing signals in Mhz frequency, sampling and processing received signals?
