NEED assistance in ZVR VNA

Hi All,

I am currently working in R&S ZVR VNA through labview to measure s parameters. I have following questions 

1.Does the VNA output which we are getting  shows S parameters?

2. If Yes, then what is in X axis and in Y axis.
