I implemented PI controller by the TI concerto DSP, together with the manually tuned input voltage. But the tuning speed influences the integrator. If I increase the voltage fast, then it may have a large overshoot and go over the limit. If I increase the voltage slowly, the integrator may integrate too much and cannot actually control. Does anyone have ever encountered this problem before (PI controller with the manually tuned input)? Does anyone has the solution to it?
