VISA: (Hex 0xBFFF0015)

Hello,

Currently, I'm using a GPIB-USB-HS controller, but I keep on getting an error message: VISA:  (Hex 0xBFFF0015) Timeout expired before operation completed.

It seems connected, however I can't do anything with it. On the other side is a Bertan 225 series power supply. Here is the IdMAX screen of the VISA:
